Quickly record which clients you worked with, where and when, and what services you provided them in your daily list. Collaborate in real time on the same daily list with other team members. Record notes on your daily list for your system administrator to process later, such as engaging with a new client but not yet knowing their legal name. Register new clients with your organization while on the go. Review past daily lists to get caught up. The data you collect can then be easily turned into reports by your system administrator through the HMIS Go Admin Control Panel.



Services can be recorded in 5 different ways:
1. Toggle (e.g. recording that you administered a VI-SPDAT)
2. Counter (e.g. recording that you gave out 5 bus passes)
3. Textbox (e.g. recording the details of a crisis mediation)
4. Locations (e.g. recording where you transported a client to)
5. Custom List – your system administrator can set up a custom list of options associated with a specific service
